Cauliflower and Parsnip Pekoras - Roasted Cauliflower florets and roasted parsnips in a spiced chilli beer panko batter.


Fiery Salt Marsh Lamb Curry - Tender chunks of shoulder of lamb (our Salt Marsh lamb sourced locally is truly special. Fed on a diet of samphire and sorrel, it really is THE most tender lamb) marinated in garlic, ginger, chilli and coriander in a rich gravy.

Chai Chicken Korma - Breast of free range chicken brined in Chai tea for extra juiceiness in a light gravy not so hot but full of flavour.

Prawn Stir Fry - Prawns almost as big as your head in a rich fish stock served with our signature coriander, lime, chilli, garlic and fennel seed sauce

Baby Purple Carrots and Red and Yellow Pepper Stir Fry - Our vegetarian choice is a kaleidoscope of colour with baby purple, orange and yellow carrots with red and yellow peppers and comes in our signature coriander, lime, chilli, garlic and fennel seed sauce.


Spiced Poached Pears with Masala Marscapone Cream.

Ganache Dipped Coconut Ladoos with Roasted Figs and Pomegranate Molasses
